Bio
Justin Bustamante joined Meridian Capital Group in 2023 and is based in the firm’s Midtown office. Specializing in food & beverage and nightlife leasing, Justin represents both landlords and tenants in some of New York City’s most competitive hospitality markets. He focuses on sourcing both off-market and on-market opportunities, tailoring his process to each client to ensure the right strategic fit. His work has connected operators, chefs, and nightlife concepts with high-value opportunities across a range of premier spaces throughout the city.
Prior to joining Meridian, Justin built a strong foundation in client strategy and business development through roles at Dentsu Creative, where he oversaw national experiential marketing campaigns for Diageo, and at Mintel, where he advised global firms using data-driven market research
Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Arts Leadership from the University of Maryland.
