Bio
Executive Vice President of One Liberty Properties. Joining OLP in 2006, Justin has over $1 billion of transactional acquisition and disposition experience in a variety of property types across more than 30 states coast to coast with expertise in industrial and warehouse asset class. Chief responsibilities including sourcing new properties and sale-leasebacks, interfacing with lenders, overseeing underwriting of investments, lease negotiations and managing existing assets. Additional responsibilities include site inspections, property level due diligence and marketing for the firm. Prior to joining OLP, Justin spent two years as a commercial appraiser in New York City for Regional Appraisal Associates and Cushman & Wakefield, appraising more than $700 million in property value. Before working as a commercial appraiser, Justin entered the real estate industry in 2002 negotiating, buying, renovating and selling foreclosed and distressed houses on Long Island, NY. Justin received a B.S. in Real Estate & Metropolitan Development, Cum Laude from the City University of New York, Baruch College. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters, photography, cycling and volunteer work (global Habitat for Humanity builds).
