Bio
Justin is a real estate and finance professional who has managed assets throughout the United States and in several other countries. He sources and leads projects through all phases, from inception through final delivery.
Past projects include developing successful residential subdivisions for Centex (CTX, prior to PHM merger), Fox Ridge Homes (NVR), and Phillips Builders (purchased by Meritage Homes). Those projects ranged from $12MM - $28MM. Justin also led cross company teams from Big Machine Records and Tenn South Distillery (now Big Machine Distillery) to create and bring to national market the Big Machine Vodka brand. With Big Machine Records he was able to design, and obtain federal, state and local permits to build a new distillery in downtown Nashville to doors open within 1 year.
