Justin Earl serves as Managing Director of Development and Acquisitions at Redstone Residential, where he oversees all development efforts across the company. With nearly 20 years of acquisitions and development experience, Justin has worked across multifamily, student housing, office, retail, industrial, and single-family sectors. Over his career, he has been responsible for the design, entitlements, acquisition, development, and construction of over 3,000 multifamily and student housing units with projected future stabilized valuations exceeding $1.2 billion. Prior to joining Redstone, Justin was President and Founder of J.B. Earl Company for seven years, and Co-Founder of Blackfish Investments for three years. He also held key roles at Ivory Commercial (ICO), Phillips Edison & Company, and Alpine Homes. Justin holds a Master of Real Estate Development, a Master of Finance, and a Graduate Certificate in Planning from the University of Utah, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University.
