Having grown up at the Lake of the Ozarks, real estate has always been more than just a career for me—it’s a part of who I am. I’ve been actively involved in the local real estate market since 2007, working exclusively with my family’s locally owned and operated brokerage. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients, colleagues, and my community in ways that have shaped me into the professional I am today.
I entered the business during one of the most challenging economic periods in modern history—the Great Recession—which provided an education no textbook could offer. That experience instilled in me the belief that real estate is constantly evolving and that staying sharp means never stopping learning. I pride myself on being a true professional who is always reading, attending classes, and refining my skills so my clients benefit from the most current knowledge and best possible representation.
In addition to residential real estate, I have built a strong and successful commercial real estate practice. I am currently the only Candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) at the Lake of the Ozarks, having completed all required core coursework—over 160 hours of advanced commercial real estate education. This training allows me to bring a higher level of financial analysis, market insight, and strategic thinking to commercial transactions, whether representing buyers, sellers, or investors. Even for my residential clients, this commercial background adds an extra layer of value and perspective.
What I enjoy most about real estate is the people. Many of my clients become long-term friends, and those relationships matter far more to me than any single transaction. My role is simple: protect my clients, guide them through the process, and add real value every step of the way. The paycheck will never come before the client.
Over the past several years, I’ve successfully facilitated more than 160 transactions totaling nearly $70 million in sales. I’ve helped families buy their first homes, purchase lake properties, navigate commercial opportunities, and thoughtfully handle the sale of longtime family lake assets. I work exclusively in the Lake of the Ozarks market because I believe local expertise matters—I never represent clients in areas I don’t know inside and out.
In addition to serving clients, I’ve been deeply involved in organized real estate at the local, state, and national levels. I’ve served as President of my local association, held numerous leadership roles within Missouri REALTORS, and currently serve as a National Director for the National Association of REALTORS. These roles keep me connected to industry trends, advocacy efforts, and best practices that directly benefit my clients.
Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family—my wife and our daughter keep me grounded and grateful. I’m also proud to serve as President of the Lake of the Ozarks Soccer Association, helping provide opportunities for more than 700 local kids to play soccer each year. Giving back to the community that has given me so much is incredibly important to me.
