Bio
Justin Gartner is Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and structuring net lease investments across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Tenet, Justin served as Senior Vice President at Commonwealth Capital LLC, where he was focused on originating and underwriting net lease investments across the United States. Before Commonwealth, Justin spent over four years at Regions Bank underwriting cash flow debt financings for healthcare companies ranging in size between $15 million and $2 billion in EBITDA. Justin also worked at Eastdil Secured on the single tenant structured products team, where he underwrote and structured over $3 billion of net lease deals.
Justin graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.Sc. in finance and a minor in economics. Justin is originally from New Jersey and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Victoria and their two dogs, Winnie and Cooper. He enjoys playing tennis, golf, spending time with family and friends, and watching the New York Yankees.
