Justin has over 22 years of working in the real estate industry. Upon graduating from Arizona State University, Justin joined the family business, and quickly worked his way to being vice-president of Hoech Real Estate Corporation. In June 2012, Mr. Hoech relocated his family to San Diego, California, and established Red Tree Realty. In December 2016, after solidifying the brand as the “go to” real estate agency in Bay Park, Justin sold Red Tree Realty, and purchased Shore Management, Inc. from Dan Pedersen.
Justin’s unique understanding of financial principles and customer needs has allowed him to rapidly grow Shore management and continue Shore’s legacy of quality service to both tenants and property owners alike.
