Justin Mazzamaro is responsible for new client origination, maintaining existing client relationships, overseeing all investment underwriting, and sales of affordable housing assets in Florida. He is focused on Section 42 LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) assets. He previously worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Citizens Bank where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing multi-million dollar securitized debt financings for corporate clients within the ABS capital markets.
