As a Principal of Entrada, Justin Schuman oversees all of the firm’s investor relations and asset management services. Prior to Entrada, Justin was a Senior Vice President at JRK Residential Group, an apartment platform that owns and/or manages over 35,000 units nationwide. At JRK, Justin oversaw eight Regional Managers and was directly responsible for a portfolio of 11,700 units nationwide with annual revenues exceeding $85 million. His role included all facets of property management including revenue and expense optimization, multi-million dollar renovation programs, operations, accounting, human resources and training. Prior to his work at JRK Residential Group, Justin was the Real Estate Investment Manager for Nazarian Enterprises, a high net-worth family office in Los Angeles. In that capacity, he invested over $100 million of equity over three years in all real estate asset classes. Additionally, he was responsible for the overall investment performance of $175 million of equity spread across 60 investments in hotels, apartments, condominiums, office, industrial and opportunity funds. He was also previously employed with AIMCO (NYSE: AIV), the third largest multifamily owner / operator in the country with over 150,000 units under management. At AIMCO, Justin worked in the operations, finance and acquisitions/dispositions departments. Justin currently lives Brentwood with his wife and daughter.
