Justin Smart is President of Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on office, life science, and mixed-use properties. He has served in this role since March 2023 and brings more than 30 years of real estate development experience across office, industrial, residential, and resort properties throughout the United States.
Prior to becoming President, Justin Smart held several leadership roles at Kilroy, including President of Development and Construction Services (2022–2023), Executive Vice President of Development and Construction Services (2013–2022), and Senior Vice President of Development and Construction Services (2000–2012). Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Development at Intrawest Corporation and Vice President of Construction at Kilroy Industries.
