Bio
As Founder and Managing Partner of LAND Bkr – Land and Natural Deposit Brokers, I lead a national brokerage firm focused on land, mineral, and natural resource transactions throughout the United States. I established LAND Bkr to connect buyers, sellers, and mining professionals through a national network of brokerage partnerships designed to facilitate complex transactions and create long-term value. My work involves sourcing and structuring land deals across a wide range of property types, including residential detached (SFR), multifamily, industrial, IOS, agricultural, commercial retail, mineral resource developments, and energy centers. Through a data-driven and relationship-based approach, I’ve built a platform that helps clients achieve strategic investment goals while expanding LAND Bkr’s presence across multiple regions of the U.S.
Before founding LAND Bkr, I served as Senior Vice President at SVN Vanguard, where I was responsible for expanding the firm’s national reach into the mineral resource and land sectors. I developed relationships with buyers, sellers, and mineral professionals across the country and played a key role in establishing a national specialty group focused on Mineral Resource Representation. I also represented banks and lenders in the sale and disposition of commercial REO properties, including office buildings, land, unfinished construction projects, and residential subdivisions. My efforts helped financial institutions and private investors streamline their transactions, maximize asset recovery, and reposition underutilized properties for future use.
Prior to SVN Vanguard, I held the role of Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates within the Investment Services Group. There, I specialized in the marketing and sale of commercial real estate, residential subdivisions, and commercial land throughout California and the Western United States. I planned, hosted, and moderated Broker Roundtables in collaboration with city planning and economic development departments to promote collaboration between real estate professionals and local governments. These events helped create transparent deal-making environments, fostered public-private partnerships, and encouraged responsible land development across various markets.
Over the years, I’ve built and maintained a strong professional network of real estate brokers, developers, appraisers, contractors, investors, and city officials. My success is grounded in a deep understanding of land value, entitlement processes, and the intersection of real estate with broader economic growth. I take pride in my ability to align public and private interests, helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial land and resource transactions while delivering measurable results.
My experience has given me a broad perspective on the evolving U.S. real estate market and the increasing importance of land, mineral, and energy resource investments.
