Kaitlyn Rausse joined Newmark in 2026 as a Senior Managing Director based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She partners with Vice Chairman Doug Mueller and Executive Managing Director Ed Clark in leading Newmark’s agency leasing platform throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and greater Mid-Atlantic region.
With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Kaitlyn Rausse specializes in office leasing, asset strategy and strategic advisory for owners. She has spent her career advising on leasing strategy and asset positioning for some of the most prominent office properties in the region, with a focus on enhancing asset performance, strengthening occupancy and maximizing long-term value for ownership.
Prior to joining Newmark, Rausse served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Carr Properties, where she oversaw leasing strategy for the company’s office portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic, Texas and Boston. As a member of the firm’s Management Committee and a Board-appointed Corporate Officer, she helped shape portfolio leasing initiatives, asset strategy and long-term business planning. Earlier in her career, she held leasing and asset management roles at the now JBG Smith.
