Kaley Hansen is a proud third-generation Realtor who grew up in Clermont, Florida, deeply rooted in a family legacy of real estate. Her grandfather began the family business in 1959, laying the foundation for what would become a cornerstone of the local real estate community. Kaley’s father, Tony Hubbard, continued that legacy, operating Coldwell Banker Tony Hubbard Realty for decades before formally transitioning ownership to Kaley in 2024 upon his retirement.
Kaley brings a strong blend of tradition and innovation to the business. She earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rollins College, equipping her with the strategic insight and leadership skills to carry the family business into its next era.
