Kalvin is a commercial real estate advisor and business broker with years of experience owning and operating his own businesses, as well as leading others in accounting and CFO roles. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Montana. Kalvin currently resides in his hometown of Billings, Montana.
As a business broker, Kalvin draws on both his education and firsthand experience — building, managing, and successfully selling his own businesses — to guide clients through the complexities of a business sale. Having grown up working in his family's business, which his parents founded and proudly operated for nearly 30 years, he developed a deep respect for entrepreneurs and their vision and commitment to achieving their dreams. That connection fuels his passion for helping owners realize the full value of what they’ve created.
In addition to business brokering, Kalvin brings his financial background and sharp attention to detail to commercial real estate. He represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across multiple asset types, with a focus on multifamily, office, retail, and self-storage properties.
