Kara Larson joined Zeller in 2015. As the Leasing Coordinator for the Chicago portfolio, her role is an integral part of the entire leasing process from space listing to deal closure. She focuses closely on internal documentation and deal tracking, commission coordination, and the lease execution process. Kara has supported her team in closing over 250 deals. With a creative background, Kara works on various leasing-related marketing efforts including development of floorplans, marketing campaigns, virtual tours, and social media. Kara also maintains a position on the accounting team and holds a key role in maintaining cohesion between leasing and accounting.
Kara is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois, is a current member of Chicago’s Young Office Broker’s Association (YOBA), and actively participates in events for the Chicago chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
