With a career defined by strategic dealmaking and hands on development experience, she brings a rare blend of legal, transactional, and advisory expertise, making her an invaluable partner in commercial real estate.
Kara’s professional designations include Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS), Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), in addition to being a licensed attorney and escrow officer. Her extensive leasing experience spans representing both tenants and landlords across diverse property types, including Class A lifestyle centers, regional malls, grocery-anchored centers, and net lease deals.
