I am a commercial property professional and founder of Kovent Estates, with over 9 years of experience in the property industry since 2017.
Throughout my career, I have worked across commercial sales, lettings, acquisitions, investments and property marketing, representing landlords, investors, developers, business owners and occupiers.
My experience covers a broad range of commercial property, including industrial and warehouse units, retail premises, offices, development opportunities and investment properties. I work across West London, the Midlands and wider UK markets, handling both on-market and off-market opportunities.
I am involved throughout the transaction process, from initial property appraisal and marketing through to applicant sourcing, negotiations, heads of terms and progressing transactions towards completion.
Through Kovent Estates, I take a personal, responsive and commercially focused approach. My aim is to understand each client’s objectives, provide clear and straightforward advice and achieve the strongest possible outcome for their property.
