Karen has specialized in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years in the Leasing and Selling of shopping centers, restaurants, and land acquisitions. Karen has represented clients on both Landlord and Tenant sides. Her clients are many local independent retailers and restaurant users expanding their footprint in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets as well as other national accounts. Karen has participated
and closed over $100 million worth of transactions in her career and was a member of the Cincinnati Board of Realtors Top Producers Club from 2010, 2011, 2013-2023. She was named one of the top three retail agents through the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtor Top Producers Club in 2019 and 2020. She is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky.
Karen has been a member of CREW (Cincinnati Real Estate Women) for 20 years and was on the Board of Directors 2014-2018, Membership Committee Liaison 2014-2018, and currently part of the Membership Committee.
Karen is originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, and graduated from Mount St. Joseph University. She has made Cincinnati her home ever since. Her interests include cultivating and rescuing orchids, gardening, cooking, and exploring both the United States and destinations abroad—especially where she can visit art museums and enjoy unique, adventurous cuisine.
