I am a lifelong resident of Monroe County and have been a Realtor here since 2002. I, along with my husband, have owned and operated additional businesses here for over 30 years. This has given me extensive marketing knowledge. I am very familiar with Monroe County and the surrounding areas.
I stay current on the market trends and continuing education for real estate. My sister and teammate, Diana Cardwell, and I achieved our Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE, designation giving us a thorough understanding of complex issues in today's real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to home owners.
