Karen Schrah serves as Managing Director for HGMC. She chairs Harbor Group’s Leadership Conference and is a member of HGMC's Operations, Business Continuity, and Change Management Committees. Ms. Schrah is responsible for overseeing multifamily property operations and managing properties for third-party clients, involving property management, leasing, marketing, construction, and training. She is also actively involved in the underwriting of acquisitions, due diligence, and capital enhancement programs. Prior to joining HGMC in 2006, Ms. Schrah served as a regional manager for UDR, Alliance Residential, and Lincoln Property Company. Additionally, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Tarrant County Apartment Association and is a board member for the YMCA, and she currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President, and Founder of Living for Zachary.
