With over 29 years of experience in seniors housing, Karen was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Chartwell on January 1st, 2012. Karen is responsible for operations and sales for all of Chartwell’s retirement and LTC homes across Canada. Karen originally joined Chartwell in 2008 as the Executive Vice President, People, with oversight for the human resources and labour relations teams.
