Bio
Karen Veloso is a Director of Operations for Greystar Latin America, where she leads the region’s Property Management business. Karen oversees all operations for Chile, establishing best practices based on the global Greystar standards, creating a unique resident experience, and establishing a new way of service in the property management industry.
Prior to Greystar, Karen worked in Chile as a Senior Operations Manager at CBRE in the office management industry. She also worked as a Senior General Facility Operations Manager for Aramark in the mining sector. Her career started in the United States as a Senior Property Manager for Wisconsin Management Company, working with multifamily, offices, and commercial properties. Karen is an active member of The Melton Foundation, an international student organization, where she has served as a presenter and workshop facilitator.
Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from the Universidad de la Frontera in Chile, which included studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. She also holds a Master’s in Management of People and Organizations from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Chile.
