Bio
Kari Paige is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate leasing sector, currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Prologis. In this role, which she has held since August 2022, she oversees leasing operations in the San Francisco Bay Area, managing over 30 million square feet of space and serving more than 600 customers.
Before joining Prologis, Kari worked at PS Business Parks, Inc., where she spent over 6 years in various leasing roles. From October 2018 to July 2020, she was the Leasing Director in Santa Clara, California. Prior to this, she served as the Associate Leasing Director from April 2014 to September 2018 in Tysons Corner, Virginia, after relocating from the Maryland and Virginia area.
Earlier in her career, Kari worked as a Consultant at Paradigm Companies from May 2012 to April 2014. She was responsible for a variety of tasks, including resident relations, event planning, financial reporting, and providing tours to prospective renters at a luxury high-rise apartment complex. She received recognition for her leasing achievements with the Leasing Award in September 2012.
Kari also served as the Maryland Liaison for Lycoming College between August 2010 and May 2012.
