Bio
Kari Pell serves as the Vice President of Capital Markets in the Manufactured Housing & RV Practice Group. She focuses on investment sales and specializes on institutional clients in the MHRV Industry nationwide With more than 17 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, her knowledge and understanding of the industry equips her to serve as both a partner and advocate for clients throughout the process by adjusting to each clients’ unique needs.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kari worked with Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Real Estate division for 10 years. While there, she gained extensive experience originating, underwriting, structuring and negotiating commercial debt for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial real estate. Additionally, Kari worked as an Asset Manager in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Owned Group (REO) and managed a portfolio of distressed assets throughout the nation and of all major property types. She then worked as a Development Manager, running the acquisition, entitlement, and construction efforts of multiple large in-fill developments with the JBG Smith REIT based in Washington, DC. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance and completed her Masters in Real Estate at University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2014.
