Bio
Karim Chatoor joined Sun Commercial Real Estate in September 2020 as an Intern, working with different teams performing market research, lease vs sale analyses, produced sales pitches and presentations for clients while maintaining property databases. Upon successful completion of his internship, he accepted a role as an Associate with the Investment Services Group (ISG), which is spearheaded by the company’s CEO, Cathy Jones.
Prior to joining Sun Commercial, Karim completed his undergraduate business degree with a focus in renewable energy. During his Capstone course, he realized that to launch a successful renewable energy project, he needed profound understanding of the land and location which would support such an endeavor. Thus, diving into the commercial real estate industry was a natural transition in his career.
In the future, Karim aspires to be a part of the development of a smart city in Southern Nevada, which integrates energy, real estate and cutting-edge technologies like 5G and Blockchain together to create a sustainable and habitable environment for the community.
