I am a Regional Director of Marketing for the Western U.S. at Avison Young, a global commercial real estate services firm, with over 19 years of experience in the field. I lead a talented team of nine professionals and oversee 14 offices across five states, driving strategic marketing and branding efforts, as well as business development initiatives to grow revenue and market share. I have a proven track record of delivering high-level strategic projects, such as securing the firm's largest real estate portfolio assignment to date, involving 10 million square feet of space for a Fortune 100 company. I also have a passion for coaching and mentoring others, and for promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry. I co-founded Conexión, the company's Hispanic and Latino Employee Resource Group (ERG), and received the Avison Young "Global Diversity Champion" award in 2023. I hold an MBA degree from Chapman University, a CA Salespersons License, and certifications from Landmark and Tony Robbins.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from San Diego State University in 2001. In 2016, she earned her MBA from Chapman University, over a two-year period, while working full time and raising her four-year-old son as a single mom.
