Hello! Karl was born and raised in Dubuque and attended the University of Northern Iowa, and have always been interested in the real estate field. Being a native Dubuquer, he has an extensive knowledge of the Dubuque area. Karl has been a full time Realtor since 2012 and love helping clients with their real estate goals, whether that is selling or buying a home, or purchasing investment property. He also invests in real estate so he has a good knowledge of what makes a good investment to help advise my clients. When he is not working he enjoys playing basketball, lifting weights, hiking, going on the river, live music or just spending time with friends and family.
Karl has recently created a team - Team Dolter Real Estate. Together they have over 36 years of real estate experience to put to work for you! They have a Transaction Coordinator and two additional Realtors on their team and are here to provide their clients superior customer service and a smooth buying or selling process. They work with home buyers, sellers, investors, new construction homes, and ]commercial properties. They all full time in real estate and truly care about their clients and helping them achieve their goals.
