Karl is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and he holds the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
A native of Raleigh, Karl graduated from Broughton High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He began his brokerage career at Cassidy Turley in 2012 after gaining four years of experience in the marketing and research department at Grubb & Ellis in Columbia, SC.
