Bio
With more than fifteen (15) years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry—and the past ten (10) years focused exclusively on commercial real estate—Karl brings a seasoned, multi-disciplinary background to the clients and communities he serves. His practice spans the full spectrum of commercial brokerage, with specialization in sales and leasing across retail, office, medical, flex/industrial, and land assets, including outlot parcels and agricultural holdings. Karl represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, providing advisory services that are grounded in market intelligence, financial understanding, and long-term value strategy. In addition to his brokerage work, Karl actively manages a portfolio of commercial real estate owned by himself and his investment partners. This operational experience gives him a true ownership perspective—informing his approach to underwriting, acquisition, site positioning, leasing strategy, asset enhancement, and disposition planning. Karl is recognized for his honesty, integrity, hard work, and genuine passion for the real estate industry. He prides himself on being a straightforward advisor, committed to helping his clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable results. Deeply involved in his community, Karl currently serves on the City of Burlington Planning Commission, holds a seat on the Executive Board of Experience Burlington, and remains an active member of Kiwanis. His civic engagement reflects his dedication to supporting responsible development, strengthening local businesses, and contributing to the broader success of the Burlington region. Karl leverages his experience, market knowledge, ownership understanding, and community leadership to deliver a disciplined, client-focused approach that advances both short-term objectives and long-term real estate goals.
