Karl Rosario is the Founder and Principal at Vesta Realty Group. Karl has spent over 8 years working as a management consultant across various industries focusing on both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. After graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and a BA in International Relations, he worked at Booz and Company's (Strategy&) Consumer and Retail Strategy Team and on the Retail Strategy Team at Walmart eCommerce.
Karl has renovated, rented, and managed 13 units in the Pittsburgh, PA area, generating cap rates significantly above market?. Additionally he (along with Neil) has developed a 40-Unit complex in Gulfport, MS, with plans to expand across the Gulf Coast Region.
Karl has previously lived in New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia, but he currently resides in San Juan, PR. His interests include travel, basketball, boxing, and taking care of his cavapoo, Tucker.
