Kartik Patel joined Tactix Real Estate Advisors in 2001. Given his strong financial background, Kartik initially served as the Firm’s “go to” financial analyst, creating customized financial models for the firm’s most complex transactions which are still being used today. Within a short period of time, clients recognized Kartik’s value and he was transitioned into full time brokerage. During a nearly 20-year career in real estate, Kartik has advised a full range of industry clients in their commercial real estate needs, from high-profile law firms and pharmaceutical companies to financial services, nonprofit, and public interest firms. Examples of Kartik’s diverse client base include Franklin Square Capital Partners, Mercy Health System, Dechert, Nutrisystem, UHS, Safeguard Scientifics, and Northwestern Mutual to name just a few.
Kartik lives in suburbs of Philadelphia, with his wife, two children and dog. When not in the office, you’ll find Kartik on the golf course – or at a swimming pool watching his kids compete.
