Kasey Watkins joined the team at Cressy Commercial Real Estate in May 2014. As an integral part of our commercial brokerage team, a Data Ninja’s primary responsibilities are database management, data integrity and market analysis. This includes collecting, verifying and inputting data (internal & external) that is then evaluated for the preparation and production of quarterly local market trend reports. Additional responsibilities include compiling data for new markets and assisting with the research that is vital for team projects, client presentations and reports. As of June 2017, Kasey has been managing an average of 260 internal active property listings. Responsibilities include maintaining each listing in multiple databases (Adding new listings, ordering documentation, updating changes to listings and removing listings from the market.
