Mrs. Hunt joined Lee & Associates – Atlanta in 2014 as a Research Coordinator and has since advanced to Director of Research, leveraging her strong foundation in research and analytics to deliver tailored solutions and data-driven strategies that support the firm and its clients in achieving their property and business goals. As Director of Research, she manages statistical processes across 10+ markets, trains new analysts and junior associates, and plays a key role in analytics initiatives, thought leadership, and forecast reporting. With extensive experience across all facets of commercial real estate research, she leads the firm’s research efforts, offering strategic insights, real-time market tracking, and expert analysis of industry trends.
Mrs. Hunt also holds a certification from the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) as a licensed salesperson.
