Katelyn was born and raised in Ellwood City, and her family continues to reside and invest in real estate in the Lawrence County area. In addition to being a realtor, she owns and operates D4 Investment Properties, LLC with her husband. She has a passion for renovating distressed homes and uses this knowledge to help her sellers and buyers look past cosmetics to see a home's potential and/or problems. Her education outside of real estate includes a Master of Science in Psychology, and she has worked many years in both clinical and management settings. In her first full year of real estate (2018), she reached multi-million-dollar producer status and earned the LCBR "Rookie of the Year" award. In 2019, she was a featured cover agent in the PA state edition of "Top Agent Magazine". In 2023 she was given the honor of being named the Cultural Icon at Keller Williams. No matter what her clients' buying and selling needs are, she looks forward to working with them.
