Bio
As part of the Retailers Services Group, Katelyn works alongside a team of professionals to provide a comprehensive platform of brokerage services including, site selection and retail analytics, research and market trend reporting, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization studies, lease renewals and relocations, market rental and valuation reporting, disposition and acquisition services, and research and market trend reporting. The team works with various preferred retail broker partners across all Canadian markets for effective national account coordination and full market coverage.
Prior to joining the Retailers Services Group, Katelyn gained valuable experience in the research group at CBRE, where she honed her skills in collecting and analyzing market information, building financial models, and maintaining internal databases.
