As Cross Street Partner’s Manager of Leasing and Community Partnerships, Katherine is responsible for facilitating leasing, public financing, and community partnership efforts across CSP’s portfolio, representing projects in Baltimore and Cambridge, Maryland and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Prior to representing CSP's portfolio, Katherine managed the Hoen Lithograph Campus, a $37MM 85,000 SF adaptive reuse project in the heart of East Baltimore. At Hoen, Katherine launched the CNI @ Hoen & Co, a shared work and event space designed for non-profit and service-providing organizations, and later facilitated a 35,000 SF lease to bring Morgan State University’s State Research Centers to the Midtown East community.
