Kathleen has been involved in many aspects of real estate. With a background as an Escrow Officer, and later originating mortgage loans, she has seen all sides of a transaction. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University and Barrett, the Honors College, in December, 2014. Kathleen holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Systems Engineering and received the medallion for Outstanding Graduate from Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. She first learned Commercial Real Estate, attending the prestigious CCIM Institute. After moving to the Prescott area, Kathleen has continued to pursue her love of real estate, working with Buyers and Sellers in the Residential real estate market. Her certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) shows her dedication to working hard for her Clients. Kathleen is also a Certified Luxury Home Staging Expert, which adds additional value for Sellers looking to sell their home quickly and for top dollar.
