Specializing in all types of Pacific NW Real Estate Sales- Luxury, Investment, and Development. Kathryn is a third-generation Real Estate Broker, on each side of her family. The first Lister Brokerage was founded in Seattle in 1947.
23 years ago she became the newest member to join the family tradition of providing the highest level of service in our community. As a member of the Lister Family, she is a part of one of the most successful and nationally recognized families in the industry. She has powerful sales and negotiation skills and has proven to be an unparalleled asset to her clients.
Kathryn has been awarded several Real Estate honors over the years including Sterling Society, President's Circle, President's Elite. Kathryn has been formally trained in the following areas: R.E. Kathryn's family has always been her highest priority in life. Her beloved daughter Sione is 33 years old and currently working on a Ph.D. program in Arizona. For fun, Sione is a weightlifter, participating in competitions around the country. Kathryn and Sione love to cook amazing meals together.
