Kathryn works with several brokers to assist with lease administration, portfolio management, deal tracking, marketing materials, contract documentation, and property research. Prior to moving to Greenville and joining NAI Earle Furman in 2022, Kathryn had over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Atlanta with a focus on retail with companies such as Avison Young and The Shopping Center Group (TSCG). She also has commercial construction experience working with a multi-family development/construction company (Wood Partners) as a contract administrator and a general contracting company as an assistant project manager.
