Kathy is an avid real estate agent & investor specializing in waterfront, estate and farm properties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.<br>A Talbot County native for over 45 years, Kathy brings an extensive background in insurance and finance and unbridled passion for real estate to the firm.<br>Kathy is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity Choptank, Waterfowl Festival, Festival of Trees and Crankin Crabs Cycling Club. She is a member of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems and the National Association of Realtors.<br>She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Kathy’s knowledge of the market is enhanced by years of managing and growing her family’s insurance business.
