Kathy is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and has been working in commercial investment real
estate, both on the apartment development side for a successful regional developer and then as a broker for over 35 years. She and her husband personally own a portfolio of real estate, consisting mostly of apartment/residential properties. Kathy received her BS degree in Business (Accounting) from Sacramento State University. She went on to obtain an MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University while working as a CPA for a firm that specialized in real estate taxation. Later she worked very hard to master the difficult requirements for her CCIM designation. Subsequently she took all of the required classes through CCIM for the Real Estate Development Specialty Designation. Her focus continues to be on investment properties including apartments, land, and office and retail sales. Kathy is very excited about real estate and enjoys assisting clients in meeting their investment objectives.
