RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in Portland, Ms. Harris currently serves as the Brokerage Assistant to the Office Services Group. She facilitates transaction services for 10 brokers including preparing letters of intent, lease documents, purchase and sale agreements, responding to RFP’s and prospect tours. Kathy is responsible for maintaining the database of office listings, marketing flyers and postings, as well as preparing and distributing leasing activity reports, conducting open house events and preparing marketing presentations.
