Katie Donovan joined the Syndicated Equities team in January of 2022. She graduated with honors from DePaul University in 2021, where she earned her BA in Communications & Media Studies. Katie’s primary responsibilities include net lease brokerage, marketing and social media, event planning, data management, and investor relations. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and a member of NAIOP Chicago and Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP).
