Bio
Katie joined Bridge in September 2021. She is responsible for assisting the transactions team in overseeing and managing the day-to-day execution of the company’s Portfolio. She works closely with the executive team and regional offices on all aspects of Bridge’s investment strategy.
Prior to Bridge, Katie worked at JLL in their Capital Markets group on the Office Investment Sales team. At JLL, Katie was involved in every stage of the transaction, including underwriting, preparation of offering memoranda and closing.
Katie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. She is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals). In addition, Katie is a member of REFF (Real Estate Finance Forum) and IWIRE (Industrial Women in Real Estate).
