Katie Hull joined Stream in 2022 and is part of the Office Agency Leasing team in Chicago. Her role is focused on production and expansion of Stream’s presence in Chicago through various principal and service-related assignments. Katie’s clients include Angelo Gordon, Asana Partners, Brookfield, Friedman Properties, Knickpoint Ventures, Manova Partners, and Mansueto Office.
Katie’s notable leasing assignments include 131 S Dearborn, The Wrigley Building, 550 W Adams, 4000 W Diversey, as well as Asana Partners’ portfolio of historic Fulton Market properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Katie established her career in tech sales at Oracle and NetSuite. She has experience as a Business Development Consultant generating inbound business through targeted outreach, as an Account Executive focused on gaining net-new customers, and as an Account Manager overseeing a portfolio of customers to consult with changing business landscapes and their renewals.
