Katie Kendall joined Colliers in April 2019 as a Client Services Coordinator focusing on marketing initiatives for the Washington, D.C. brokerage team. Prior to working at Colliers, Katie worked on the marketing team at HITT Contracting, a general contractor construction firm in the DC metro area. With a construction background, Katie brings her project management, sales, and service experience to the Colliers marketing team.
Now as a Senior Client Services Coordinator for Colliers, Katie works exclusively with Adam Schindler, the Vice Chairman on the Washington D.C. brokerage team specializing in tenant representation. As a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland, Katie works with and supports Adam in a more client facing role to deliver real estate solutions for occupiers of space.
