Katja Rada specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties. Before joining the SVN team, she worked with private investors for six years on the acquisition and management of multi-family properties nationwide, including manufactured housing communities. Working out of California, Katja successfully created a systematic management process, while hiring and overseeing onsite managers, across several states. Her efforts resulted in an increased occupancy, consistently above 95%, while efficiently lowering expenditure.
Prior to her move to San Diego, CA, in 2007, she excelled in the international insurance field, for over 10 years, in Munich, Germany. Her responsibilities included claims adjusting, underwriting and employee training. Katja holds a degree in business from the respected ‘Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftakademie’ in Munich. She is fluent in German and English, and applies a strong work ethic and a professionally driven attitude. Her unique international perspective represents a valuable asset that benefits all of her clients.
