Katrina joins Bray Fox Smith from BNP Paribas Real Estate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, including the last 15 years focused on the Central London office market.
Katrina has a strong track record advising both landlords and occupiers on complex real estate strategies. On the landlord side, Katrina has provided strategic input on redevelopment and refurbishment schemes as well as leasing advice to clients including Lendlease, The Crown Estate, Wing Tai, and LaSalle Investment Management.
Katrina has also advised a range of occupiers, helping them secure office space aligned with their operational and branding needs - among them StepStone Group, Quintain and Orion Resource Partners.
