Kay Kennedy Regimbal, originally from Bay St. Louis, has worked with Tabor Construction & Development since 2003, in both the Oxford and Starkville, Mississippi markets. As Vice President of Development, she is responsible for market research, coordination and compliance with all city and local government regulations, coordination with the Project Manager and Subcontractors in the field, as well as finish selections and maintaining client relations. Kay works directly with clients, consultants, vendors realtors, lenders and attorneys to ensure the successful development and sales of all TCD projects. She is a 1998 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, has been a licensed Realtor® since 2001 and is currently the Responsible Broker of Carpe Diem, a Tabor Company. Kay and her husband, Martin, reside in Columbus with their two children, Thompson and Kennedy.
