Bio
Kayla Zakuta joined CBRE in 2019 as a Sales Trainee in the Research Team. She quickly gained experience and, in early 2021, she obtained her licence as a commercial real estate broker. Kayla joined Marc Mizrahi and Jack Gaudreau’s team in the Office Leasing division of the firm in 2021. Her role consisted of conducting market surveys, tracking the market, creating sublease campaigns, drafting lease summaries as well as doing administrative and marketing tasks. Before joining CBRE, Kayla was Vice President of external affairs at the Concordia Real Estate Club. She also worked as an intern in property management at Groupe Mach and as a summer intern at Plaza Retail REIT. As of September 2025, she is an Account Executive at Oberfeld Snowcap.
Kayla is known for her ability to learn quickly and to adapt, as well as being resourceful, which contribute significantly to her team’s success. She is perfectly bilingual in French and English, and she is definitely a team player.
Kayla strives to excel in both real estate and sports. As an avid sportswoman, Kayla loves to perform in cycling, running, skiing and tennis. Therefore, she is not afraid of competition, and she is truly driven by performance.
